Type of vehicle:
Edinburgh Tram. Design, production, testing and delivery of 27 tram units, delivery of first tram in April, 2010, and set into passenger service in July, 2011, connecting the Airport with the Port passengers terminal, via the city centre.

Bidirectional units made up of seven articulated carbodies resting on four bogies, a feature being the access at a height of 300 mm above the rail.

Bogies:
The end bogies are motor bogies as well as an intermediate bogie, with the second intermediate bogie being a trailer bogie. The motor bogies have four motors, fitted in a longitudinal direction, and entirely suspended. Equipped with resilient wheels, rubber primary suspension and coil spring secondary suspension.
