Comfort for Everyone

Accessibility for each individual plays a pivotal role from the very first outlines: Our goal is to achieve the highest degree of passenger comfort.

Persons with varying capacities must be able to use the designs without the need for special modifications or adaptations.

  • Accessible design criteria

From the onset of each project, CAF adopts the following accessible design criteria for their rail projects:

    - Visibility, regardless of sensory capacities.

    - Operability, regardless of physical capacities.

    - Ease, of understanding and use, regardless of experience, educational attainment or level of concentration.

    - Indulgence, minimizing error occurrences and their consequences.
